Our bentonite products are used in animal feed, as additives for the production of pellet feeds, and as fluidifying and anti-clumping agents for the production of mineral feeds.

When mixed with feed or premixes, they prevent the metabolisation of aflatoxins by animals, thereby avoiding the immunodepression, decreased fertility and reduced digestion that can be caused by the presence of mycotoxins in feed.

In the wine production sector, bentonite, in powder or granular form, is combined with water to form a gel in order to clarify (clean) the wine and ensure protein stability. Bentonite is also used to clarify clear fruit juices, such as apple, blueberry and raspberry juice, etc. Our bentonite products have different characteristics according to the needs expressed and required by the various customers and markets. With regard to wines, the aim is always to obtain wines with consistent and lasting marketable characteristics. For the fruit juice sector, we offer low-sodium bentonite and a wide range of ultra-fine (UF) powders that can be used in ultrafiltration systems. These products are particularly popular among producers of apple and berry juice concentrates.
