Corporate Compliance

Corporate Social Responsibility

Laviosa Chimica Mineraria has adopted an organisation and management model designed to prevent the commission of the offences laid out in Italian Legislative Decree no. 231/2001.

The implementation of this model is part of the company’s overall vision, encompassing all aspects of economic ethics. Laviosa Chimica Mineraria strongly believes that this model is morally necessary and economically productive in order to ensure the best possible conditions in terms of fairness and transparency in the management of company activities.

The company’s policy pays particular attention to the company’s image and the expectations of its stakeholders (workers, local community, institutions, clients). This initiative is implemented in conjunction with the SA 8000 certification and voluntary budget reviews, as well as the focus on occupational safety and respect for the environment.

Whistleblowing System

Laviosa Chimica Mineraria has implemented European Directive 1937/2019, in the context defined by Italian Legislative Decree 24/2023, by setting up a Whistleblowing System, i.e. a platform for reporting possible wrongdoing committed within the company. This system keeps the identity and personal data of the whistleblower(s) confidential within the My Governance – Zucchetti platform.
