Our Commitments

We pay particular attention to the quality of our raw materials, our industrial processes, and the products we bring to market, devoting a great deal of effort to their fine-tuning, effectiveness and final application.

Our organisation consists of chemists, engineers, geologists and biologists with highly specialised experience. This group of around 30 people are distributed between offices and workshops in Livorno and Villaspeciosa in Italy, Etrechy and Cersay in France, Fatsa in Turkey, and Pundi and Mumbai in India.

Quality System and
Procedure Management

This team provides the necessary documentary support to define the procedures for the main business processes and their flows. Every problem is addressed by way of a Shared Improvement Action (SIA).
 

Quality Control
Management

Laboratory quality control methods are applied to the initial raw materials, the process and the finished product in order to prevent any non-conformity. Each product is monitored at every stage throughout the entire supply chain, from the mine to the end market.

The Search for New Raw Materials

We utilise the expertise of specialised geologists and modern technology to search for new mineral sources, and rely on chemical experts and analysts to determine the quality of materials and ensure their long-term availability.

Product Management

This team is headed by Product Managers (PMs), a group of technical experts with an in-depth understanding of the range of products and their applications. These PMs are in continuous communication with customers to propose ad hoc solutions. Our PMs are the customers’ points of contact, and are responsible for pre- and post-sales technical support.
